Services are not covered by medical insurance plans. A retainer fee will be collected, and services are billed at an hourly rate.

Visitor Hospital Discharge Package

  • 20 hours of care coordination

  • Concierge MD visit

Simple Routine Post-Op Care

$300 single visit or
($1000 overnight)

  • Transportation setup for follow-up

  • Follow up Care
